Midterm project ideas

Here are the two ideas for the midterm project:

    My first idea is to create a scene of a secret garden by making different desserts. As I described myself in the beginning of this semester, I am adventurous and it reminds me of the story Alice in Wonderland. I am also very passionate so I will use some tropical fruit as ingredients to make the desserts.

    My second idea is to make four dishes with four flowers that represent the four seasons. It is something that I have seen my father tried to make before. I will use the flowers and some special ingredients from my homwtown as I am from China.
